Welcome to ANZSEE

The Australia-New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics (ANZSEE) is a regional branch of the International Society for Ecological Economics (ISEE).

We are a growing trans-disciplinary group of people who share a common passion about improving our society to achieve a sustainable future. Our membership is incredibly diverse, with professional interests spanning many disciplines; including engineering, business, economics, ecology, and sociology.

With links internationally and locally here in New Zealand and Australia, our members we are engaged with cutting edge ideas on achieving sustainable development. Our biannual conference attracts researchers, policymakers and professionals with a broad interest in sustainability, and cover a range of topics; technical, governance, and societal.

This year’s ANZSEE conference will be held in Canberra, Australia from 11 to 14 November 2013.

Have a look around our website to find information about our current Executive team for 2013 and how to become a member, and feel free to drop me an email if you want to find out more about our activities.
