ANZSEE 2015 Conference (19 – 23 October, 2015)

ANZSEE is excited to announce that the 2015 Conference, Thriving Through Transformation – Local to Global Sustainability, will be held at the University of New England Business School, Armidale, NSW from 19-23 October 2015.

Key Dates:

• 29 May: First call for abstracts. Stay tuned for details about how to register and submit your abstract.
• 19 June: Second call for abstracts.
• 7th August: Abstract submission closing date
• 14 August: Abstract acceptance confirmation
• 4 September: Earlybird Registration/Indigenous Scholarships closes
• 19 September: Final Paper Submission date

The University of Western Sydney (UWS) will be hosting a national Students for Sustainability (S4S) professional conference on the 15th and 16th September 2015. The conference theme “HOPE for the future” will explore the social and environmental impacts of our society and focus on empowering our youth with knowledge and skills to lead into an uncertain future. The S4S conference will provide students with the opportunities to network with like-minded peers and industry professionals, to professionally present and share their game changing solutions or stories of success, whilst advancing their own knowledge of current and emerging sustainability issues outside of their discipline areas. The conference streams will focus on food, ethics and environment with the underpinning notions of sustainability, design and innovation.  More »

ANZSEE is attracting a lot of international interest, especially from some of the more adventurous students. If you have a role or a project that could with a little extra ‘muscle’ or ‘brain’– then contact Robert (CV attached). Robert is looking for a temporary project position with ANZSEE or a cooperative partner in New Zealand or Australia.
